低压柴油加氢催化剂组合技术研究及工业应用 被引量:1

摘要 介绍中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发的柴油深度加氢脱硫催化剂组合技术在不同压力下加氢脱硫性能及其在低压柴油加氢装置上的工业应用情况。实验室结果表明,随着反应压力的提高,组合催化剂体系的加氢脱硫率也随之提高,在氢分压4.0 MPa条件下,精制生成油硫质量分数为41μg/g,脱硫率99.5%,产品质量达到国Ⅳ标准要求。工业应用结果表明,在反应器入口压力5.6 MPa、体积空速1.75 h-1和平均反应温度356℃的工况下,采用FHUDS-6/FHUDS-5组合装填技术加工直馏柴油和二次加工柴油的混合油(质量比4.9),其精制柴油硫质量分数为28.0μg/g,可以稳定生产硫含量满足国Ⅳ标准的车用柴油产品调合组分;将体积空速降低至1.1 h-1,提高平均反应温度至358℃,甚至可以生产出硫含量满足国Ⅴ标准的清洁车用柴油产品调合组分。 The hydrodesulfurization performance of ULSD combination catalyst system developed by Fusla- un Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals in different pressures and its application in a low pres- sure diesel hydrofining unit are described. The laboratory research result showed that the sulfur removal rate of combination catalyst system rises with the reactor pressure. At a 4.0 hydrogen partial pressure, the mass per- centage of sulfur in refined oil was 41 ppm, the sulfur removal rate was 99.5% and the product oil met GB IV emission standard. The commercial application also demonstrated that, when FHUDS-6/FHUDS-5 combina- tion catalyst system was applied to process straight-run diesel and diesel from downstream process unit (at a mass ratio of 4.9) at 5.6 MPa reactor inlet pressure, 1.75 h^-1 LHSV and 356 ℃ average reaction tempera- ture, the sulfur in the refined diesel was 28.8 ppm, which was a good gasoline blending component for meet- ing GB V emission standard. Even clean diesel fuel with sulfur content meeting GB V emission standards could be produced by reducing LHSV to 1.1 h^-1 and raising average reaction temperature to 356℃.
