摘要
目的探讨以社区健康服务中心为主体的高血压管理模式的管理效果和其中存在的问题。方法对56例高血压患者的血压、行为习惯、代谢指标等进行管理前后的比较。结果高血压患者采取规范管理后,存在不良行为习惯患者数量显著减少(P〈0.05);血压控制患者数量增多,并且体质量指数、代谢指标与管理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对高血压患者采取以社区健康服务中心为主的管理模式,可有效控制患者血压,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect and problem of hypertension management model which the community health service center was employed as the principal part. Methods The blood pressure, behavior habits, and metabolic index of 56 cases with hypertension were compared before and after the management. Results The number of patients with unhealthy behavior habits decreased apparently(P〈0.05). The number of patients with blood pressure well-controlled increased. The body mass index and the metabolic index changed apparently(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The model of the community health service center as the principal part for hypertension management controlled the blood pressure well and improved the quality of life of the patients.
