医务社会工作在儿童临终关怀领域的实践——以一位血液病患儿的临终关怀为例

Practice On Medical Social Work in the Field of the Pediatric Palliative Care:A Case Study in Terminology Department in Shanghai

临终关怀是医务社会工作的一个重要领域,而儿童临终关怀是国内医务社会工作刚刚涉足的一个全新领域。本文以上海市某医院一个血液肿瘤科儿童临终关怀个案为例,探讨了儿童临终关怀中案主的需求、社会工作者的角色、服务的策略、介入的技术以及评估方式,并就儿童临终关怀服务中资源的链接、专业技能的运用、专业角色的定位和本土化的专业伦理提出了对策与建议。

Hospice care is not only required, but also essential in the area of medical social work. As a whole new field in Chinese social work, pediatric palliative care has come into sights in recent years. This paper is a palliative case work with children suffered with leukemia. Using case study to discover the need,service supply model as well as the resource required during this process,the author summarizes service model,professional role and ethical issues stressed in pediatric palliative care. Whist the findings,along with practicing introspection,the author propound a suggestion in following aspects as practice techniques,linked resources,social work roles and ethics applying during practice.
