西部地区社会工作课内实践教学改革刍议 被引量:5

摘要 西部社会工作实践教学目前主要以课外实践的方式进行,但课外实践教学存在诸多问题,如实践环节不足、内容简单,与教学体制不相契合,实践中的理念错位,缺乏有效督导,参与面受阻、参与度不高,缺乏标准化的专业评估体系等,这直接影响到社会工作专业培养的实践品性。本文以甘肃某高校近年来提出的社会工作课内实践教学改革为切入点,探讨开设课内实践教学的内涵、必要性、具体操作等,试图探索出西部社会工作实践教学的另一种路径,并最终为西部地区社会工作发展提供本土教育实践,促进社会工作在西部地区的本土化。 Social work practice teaching at present mainly is in the extracurricular practice in Western Region, but the extracurricular teaching have some problems such as insufficient practice link, simple content, and the improper teaching system, the lack of effective supervision, dislocation of the idea in practice, low degree of participation, the lack of standardized professional evaluation system, these directly affects practice character of the cultivation of professional social work. In this paper, we look the social work in class practice teaching reform in an university in Gansu in recent years as the breakthrough point, to explore the connotation of practice teaching in class, its necessity, specific operation and other issues, trying to explore alternative path of western social work practice teaching, and provide local education practice for the development of social work in the western region, promote its localization.
