摘要
社会转型下高校学生工作发展成为研究重点。实证研究表明:高校学生工作转型对于满足学生需求具有必要性及可行性。在行政性非专业社会工作与专业性社会工作的介入论、分系统论和结合论等基础上提出"嵌入性发展论",突出高校学生工作转型路向在于学校专业性社会工作嵌入性发展:边缘嵌入到核心嵌入、浅层嵌入到深度嵌入、依附性嵌入到自主性嵌入。实现嵌入性发展需要学生工作的制度支持与服务拓展。
The development of student work in universities attracts many academic attentions. Based on theempirical study of the ZN University, Changsha, the results showed that the transformation of student work in universities is necessary to meet the students' demands, that the transformation is feasible for students. Embedded development of the student work is put forward on the basis of these views of'Intervention','Subsystem', and'Combination'so on,which highlights the Embedded development of professional social work as the transformational path of student work in universities: from edge embeddedness to core embeddedness, from shallow embeddedness to deep embedded, from dependent embeddedness to independent embeddedness. The attainment of embedded transformation needs the institutional support and the extension of service of the student work.
