餐后低血压的研究新进展 被引量:1

摘要 餐后低血压(PPH)是指进餐后2h内收缩压下降≥20mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。PPH可导致晕厥、跌倒、新发心血管事件和卒中,且PPH不同于直立性低血压(OH),且比OH更为常见。
