精细化管理是一种理念,一种文化,是提高服务质量的必然要求。2013年开始,我院以"无缝隙管理、零缺陷服务"为目标,在全院范围内推进精细化管理模式,促进医院科学健康发展。
Delicacy management, as a concept and a culture, is an inevitable requirement for improving the quality of service. Since 2013, the hospital has aimed at“Flawless Management and Zero Defects Service”, promoted the delicacy management model within the hospital, to advance the hospital sustainable development.
