康复医疗机构服务质量的优劣乃至康复医疗事业的兴衰,很大程度上取决于其内部人事管理工作的效能。因此,能否逐步建立健全起符合机构自身特点的、完善的、充满活力的人事管理新机制,是时下康复医疗机构能否高效推进人事改革工作的关键和要义所在。
The service quality of medical rehabilitation institution and even the rehabilitation therapy enterprise largely depend on the effectiveness of internal personnel management. Therefore, whether or not to establish and improve a sound and vigorous mechanism of personnel management in accordance with intrinsic characteristics is crucial and essential to effectively promote the reform of personnel management in the medical rehabilitation institution.
