摘要 介绍设备振动引起某厂房的钢筋混凝土结构强迫振动的测试结果,得到了主要振动设备的扰频及结构强迫振动响应的特点。利用ANSYS有限元软件对7种不同工况下结构的简谐强迫振动进行了计算机仿真分析,得到各标高层楼盖结构的振动和传递规律。结果表明,强迫共振是引起楼面较大振动的内在原因,各层楼板的振动响应可与标高13.800m的6台振动筛的振动建立明确的相关性,结构存在明显的层间振动传递现象,且向下传递的情况比向上传递严重。基于测试分析结果,提出以增设钢构件的方式修改梁板体系竖向刚度的减振处理对策,通过再次测试对处理后的结构振动响应进行了减振效果评价。 The forced vibration behavior of reinforced concrete structure induced by apparatus vibration was tested. The disturbing force and frequency of vibrating equipment and response of structure vibration were obtained. Computer simulations of simple harmonic vibration corresponding of seven vibration conditions with ANSYS software are carried out. Through comparison and analysis, the vibration transmitting order line and characters at each floor and in the vertical direction have been gotten. The test and analysis results are as follow:the main cause of factory floor of big vibration is forced resonance;the explicit relevance between forced vibration response and six vibration sieve on elevation 13?800 meter were founded. The structure vibration has obvious interlayer transfer phenomenon. Based on test and analysis results,the vibration reduction treatment scheme was proposed,after damping reinforcement, the damping effect evaluation was carried out.
