加强消毒供应室无菌物品的监测及管理控制感染

目的加强消毒供应室无菌物品的管理和检测,研究无菌物品灭菌的性能和效果。方法将青岛市第五人民医院消毒供应室无菌物品消毒状况按照时间分为2组,研究组为2013年1月-2013年7月,加强清洁、消毒、灭菌等物品检测中抽取300件;对照组采用2012年1月-2012年7月,常规性检测和消毒,检测物品300件。通过检测后,观察其消毒和感染状况。结果按照严格的规章制度、合理的布局和完整的消毒流程进行检测的研究组中,物品合格率与对照组比较存在较大差异（P〈0.05）,研究组采用的综合性消毒法效果较好。结论在供应室无菌物品的检测和管理中必须要加大消毒和检测力度,防止出现院内感染的状况。
