Application of ND Catalyst in the Single Loop Polypropylene Plant

本文介绍了国产ND催化剂的性能特征以及在100 kt/a聚丙烯装置上的应用情况。应用结果表明,ND催化剂在单环管聚丙烯工艺的生产中表现为活性高,氢调敏感性好,聚合过程平稳可控,产品呈类球形颗粒,细粉较少,可实现高熔体流动速率牌号聚丙烯的高负荷生产。

This paper introduces the performance characteristics of domestic ND catalyst and application in 100 kt/a of the PP plant. The results of application show that ND catalyst performance for the high activity in the production of single loop polypropylene process. The hydrogen sensitivity is good, smooth and controllable in polymerization process. The product is a kind of spherical particles, less fine powder, which can achieve high load production grade polypropylene with high melt flow rate.
