摘要
针对苯酚丙酮装置循环水泵运行中存在的问题,进行了节能技术改造。应用三元流动理论重新设计了循环水泵叶轮,有效提高了循环水泵的效率,降低了轴功率损耗,实现了节能降耗的目的。
Phenol and acetone device circulating water pumps operating conditions and problems were introduced and the energy-saving technological transformation was applied. By redesigning the impeller of the circulating water pump energy efficiency increased while the loss of shaft power decreased for energy saving purposes with three-dimensional flow theory.
