摘要 介绍了异丁烯和甲醇反应生成甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的反应机理,从反应温度、原料中硫化物、金属阳离子、碱性物质、水含量、C5含量及醇烯比等方面分析了影响催化剂使用寿命的因素。为了降低MTBE装置的生产成本,延长催化剂的使用寿命,采取了严格控制原料质量、优化操作条件等措施,实现了装置平稳运行,提升企业经济效益的目标。 The mechanisms of generating methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) by reaction of isobutylene and methanol were introduced. In addition, the factors of influencing the life of the catalyst were analyzed, such as reaction temperature, sulfide content of raw material, metal cations, alkaline substances, water content, pentane content, ratio of isobutylene and methanol, etc. To reduce costs of production of MTBE unit and prolong the life of the catalyst, the countermeasures were applied by strictly controlling the quality of raw materials and optimizing operation conditions. The smooth operation of the unit was achieved and economic benefit of enterprise was improved.
