眼球后房角内植物性异物早期CT影像分析

Imaging Analysis of Vegetal Foreign Body in Posterior Chamber Angle in CT

目的分析眼球后房角内植物性异物早期CT影像学表现.方法对诊治的14例眼球后房角内植物性异物患者资料进行回顾性分析.结果术前CT检查,均未发现眼内异物,急诊术中发现后房角内异物9例,术后前房渗出,再次手术发现后房角内异物3例,术后复查UBM又发现后房角内异物2例,再次术后均恢复良好.结论有明确眼外伤患者,不能只依赖急诊CT,应详细询问病史,再行眼部检查,如眼部B超、UBM检查、眼部MRI等,以排除眼内异物.

Objective To study the imaging of vegetal foreign body in posterior chamber angle in CT. Method 14 vegetal foreign bodies in posterior chamber angle were enrolled in this study. Results Foreign bodies were not be found in the emergency CT examination. 9 foreign bodies were found in emergency operation. 3 foreign bodies were found in the second operation . These cases had exudations in the anterior chamber. 2 foreign bodies were found in UBM examination. All the cases were recovered after the operations. Conclusion We should do B scan,UBM examination,MRI examination,ask the medical history carefully to rule out the vegetal foreign bodies when the patients were in trauma,and can not rely on CT examination only.
