白藓研究进展及引种驯化试验

Research Progress and Introduction and Domestication of Dictamnus dasycarpus

综述了白藓的研究进展,进行了白藓引种驯化试验,从种子发芽、保苗、繁殖、田间管理及物候等方面对白藓的栽培进行了研究。结果表明：采用沙藏处理法处理白藓种子,储藏温度1~5℃,储藏时间180 d,湿度60%时,出苗率可达95%以上；幼苗使用50%遮阳网,保苗率达90%以上。同时指出,只有在形成完整栽培生产操作规程的前提下,才能对白藓进行开发利用,解决资源短缺的问题。

This thesis discusses the research progress on Dictamnus dasycarpus. The introduction and dome-stication of Dictamnus dasycarpu has been studied on sprout, seedling protection, cultivation essential, field management and phenology investigation. Result shows：with the method of sand hoarding, storage temperature 1~5℃,storage time 180 d,and the humidity 60%,the emergence rate can exceed 95%;the seedling maintained rate can be up to 90% by using 50% shade net. It also points out that only when the complete operation procedures are formed,can we start to exploit Dictamnus dasycarpus and solve resource shortage.
