简单介绍了测量不确定度现今在我国国内和国外的发展历程和发展现状,并对其概念作了阐述,主要研究了测量误差和测量不确定度之间的区别与联系,列举了评定测量不确定度"A类""B类"的步骤和方法,以有效提高测量不确定度的正确性和规范性。
The thesis briefly introduces the measurement uncertainty development history and development status at home and abroad, describes its concepts, mainly studies differences and relationship of measurement error and measurement uncertainty, and lists procedures and methods of evaluating measurement uncertainty grades of ＂A＂ and ＂B＂, with a view to effectively improve correctness and normalization of measurement un- certainty.
