对建筑工程管理中存在的管理体系不健全、管理理念落后、管理方式与市场发展相背离等问题进行了剖析,提出了建筑工程创新性管理的思维模式,并阐述了创新性思维管理的必要性,总结了一套创新管理方法,以适应社会的发展需求。
The paper analyzes some problems in the architectural engineering management, including insufficient management system, lagged management ideas, and inconsistency of management approaches and market development, points out the innovative management mindset in architectural projects, indicates the necessity for the innovative mindset management, and sums up a set of innovative management methods, so as to meet the development demands.
