以市政施工企业农民工的安全管理问题为研究内容,对农民工的教育状况、思想观念、工作条件等进行了分析,探讨了加强农民工队伍安全管理、提高农民工安全防范意识的有效途径,以避免和减少安全事故的发生。

Taking the safety management problems of municipal construction enterprises peasant workers as the research contents, this paper ana- lyzed the education status, ideological concept, working conditions of peasant workers, discussed the effective ways to strengthen peasant workers team safety management, improve migrant workers safety consciousness, to avoid and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
