Discussion on the cost management and control of construction project in construction stage

介绍了加强施工阶段造价管理与控制的目的,对现阶段施工中存在的工程造价管理观念落后、造价人员素质较低、造价方法落后等问题进行了分析,并提出了改进措施,同时对施工组织设计与材料费用控制作了研究,以实现确保工程质量与造价控制的双重目标。

This paper introduced the purpose strengthening the cost management and control in construction stage, analyzed the existing backward engineering cost management concept, low cost personnel quality, backward cost method and other problems in present construction stage, and put forward improvement measures, at the same time, researched the construction organization design and material cost control, in order to a- chieve the dual targets ensure engineering quality and cost control.
