既有建筑改造是电气设计中的一项重要内容,与新建工程的电气设计相比有其特殊性。本文以某办公楼改造电气设计为例,通过对该工程设计的总结和分析,提出了既有建筑改造工程的电气设计要点及绿色节能设计方法。

The electrical design for reconstructing old architecture is an important part in electrical design, it does not like the electrical design for new buildings. This paper takes the electrical design for an old building for example, it summarizes and analyzes the de- sign, propounds the key points of the electrical design for old building reconstruction and the method of green and energy conservation design.
