摘要 通过分析序列优化与可靠性评估方法(SORA)的单循环优化策略,建立了对轿车耐撞性的SORA优化流程。构造了正面40%重叠可变形壁障碰撞响应的近似模型,应用SORA方法,将可靠性分析和确定性优化分开依次进行,从而保证计算精度的同时提高了计算效率。优化结果验证表明SORA方法有效,优化后该轿车的耐撞性和轻量化指标都达到预期目标。 Based on analyzing the single cycle optimization strategy of the sequence optimization and relia-bility assessment ( SORA) , a SORA optimization procedure for car crashworthiness is set up. An approximate model is built for the response to 40% overlap frontal crash with deformable barrier, and a simulation is conducted with SORA, in which reliability analysis and deterministic optimization is separately and successively performed so en-hance computation efficiency while ensuring accuracy. The optimization results show that the SORA method is effec-tive, both crashworthiness and lightweighting indicators of vehicle achieve the preset objectives after optimization.
