摘要
随着网络的普及,读者需求多元化,大学图书馆逐渐由传统管理转向以读者需求为导向的服务形态。本文从创新理论的定义、外挂系统加值服务出发,以本校图书馆为例,对创新管理与创新服务进行论述。通过与图书馆工作人员合作,建立创新管理模式,使得图书馆的服务得到进一步提升。
As the network penetration, the readers' demands are more and more diversified. And the service concept was transferred from traditional management concept to meet the readers'needs in university libraries. From the definition of innovation theory and external value-added service systems, in this article we take our library as an example, the definition of innovation management and service were systematically discussed. Through the cooperation with the library staff, establishing innovation management models, a further improvement was achieved in our library services.
