摘要
本文针对9GSCC-1.4型水草收割机明轮驱动装置使用性能要求,基于Pro/E软件建立与物理样机相同的数字化模型,采用其Pro/MECHANICA模块对蹼板尺寸进行灵敏度分析,并对其结构尺寸进行了优化设计,实现水草收割机推进器有关动力学计算。通过上述步骤完成了明轮装置的数字化设计过程,为明轮装置系列产品的开发提供了一种新的设计模式。
According to property requirement of paddle wheel of 9GSCC-1.4 hydrophytes harvester, The digital model of physical sample machine was established with Pro/E. The sensitivity analysis of paddle was done by Pro/MECHANICA in order to optimize its structure and calculate related power of hydrophytes harvester propeller. Finishing digital design process of paddle wheel,A new design mode of paddle wheel equipment in the area of exploitation of series of product are provided by above all process.
