摘要
本文分析了中核核电运行管理有限公司秦二厂QFSN 600-2型汽轮发电机定子冷却水系统水处理方式及化学控制存在的不足。通过增加智能碱化装置和氮气吹扫等水处理改进和水质控制优化,有效降低了发电机定子冷却水系统的腐蚀速率。对同类核电机组具有重要借鉴意义。
This essay analyzes the shortages of water treatment and water chemistry control methods in Qinshan NPP II QFSN 600-2 cooling-water system of generator stator, CNNC Nuclear Power Operations Management Company.,Ltd(CNNO). The improvement of water treatment and water quality control through using the Intelligent Alkalized Control Device and the Nitrogen sweeping method reduces the corrosion rates of cooling-water system of generator stator. This essay could be used as reference for treating similar problems in domestic nuclear power plants.
