In the early 21st century,the proposition of Smart Grid broke new ground for the power industry around the world.Intelligent Substation,as the physical basis of Smart Grid, would go through the entire process of smart grid construction. The main content of this thesis which is to research the structured rehabilitation programs, and programs are compared with the general. In the end the economic benefit of the digital substation is introduced.
