病例教学法在妇产科学教学中的运用

摘要 目的:为提高并培养学生的综合职业能力,探讨病例教学法在妇产科学教学中的应用。方法:选择2009级社区医学学生100名,随机分为实验组与对照组各50名,实验纽以病例教学法为主、对照纽以传统讲授法为主进行授课,将两者结果进行比较。结果:实验纽学生在学习兴趣、知识运用等方面有明显提高。结论:在妇产科学的教学过程中应用病例教学法效果良好,有助于实现培养有综合职业能力的实用型医学人才的目标。 Objective: In order to improve and develop students' comprehensive vocational abilities, probe into the application of case teaching method ir the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods: The choice of 100 grade 2009 rural medical students were randomly divided into experimental g:roup and control group each 50, experimental group with the case teaching method primarily, the control group was taught with the traditional teach- ing method, the two results are compared. Results: the experimental group students in learning interest, knowledge has markedly improved. C onclusion: In the process of teaching obstetrics and gynecology in the application of case teaching method with good effect, is helpful to the realiza- tion of trainingPracticat medical talents with comprehensive occupation ability goads.
