全身磁共振扩散加权成像在非霍奇金淋巴瘤疗效评价中的应用

摘要 目的观察全身磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)疗效评价中的应用效果。方法NHL患者15例,治疗前后接受全身磁共振DWI检查,计数病变淋巴结,测量表观扩散系数(ADC);治疗后按实体瘤疗效评价标准结合常规影像检查结果评估疗效。结果本组治疗有效11例、疗效不佳4例。11例治疗有效者治疗前全身磁共振DWI检查发现病变淋巴结246个,ADC值(1.423±0.300)×10-3mm2/s;治疗后发现病变淋巴结173个,ADC值(1.703±0.515)×10-3mm2/s;治疗前后相比,P均<0.05。4例疗效不佳者治疗前发现病变淋巴结34个,ADC值(1.478±0.252)×10-3mm2/s;治疗后发现病变淋巴结38个,ADC值(1.696±0.490)×10-3mm2/s;治疗前后ADC相比,P<0.05。结论全身磁共振DWI检查对NHL的疗效评估效果较准确,特别是对治疗后早期形态、大小变化不明显的NHL的疗效评估更具临床应用价值。
