成釉细胞瘤组织中β-catenin基因的表达变化 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察成釉细胞瘤组织中β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)基因的表达变化。方法采用RT-PCR法对8例份成釉细胞瘤(AB)组织、10例份牙源性角化囊性瘤(KCOT)组织及6例份正常口腔黏膜组织中的β-catenin mRNA进行检测。结果 AB组织、KCOT组织、正常口腔黏膜组织中β-catenin mRNA的相对表达量分别为1.333±0.258、1.378±0.211、0.952±0.300;AB组织与KCOT组织中β-catenin mRNA的表达量与正常口腔黏膜组织相比,P均<0.05;AB组织与KCOT组织中β-catenin mRNA的表达量相比,P>0.05。结论与正常口腔黏膜组织相比,AB组织中β-catenin mRNA表达增强,其在AB组织中的异常表达可能与AB的发生发展及其生物学行为密切相关,可作为AB的诊断、治疗和预后评估的一个指标。
