摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在呼吸内科优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法本院2012年8月-2014年3月期间共有238例呼吸内科患者纳入本次研究,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,研究组和对照组各119例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组的优质护理措施均通过PDCA循环模式实施,比较护理满意度及评分。结果研究组护理满意度与对照组比较较高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),研究组在护患关系、护理操作、护理沟通、健康教育、细节服务各方面的评分与对照组比较较高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论PDCA循环在呼吸内科护理中应用后显著提高了患者的护理满意度,可以在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle applications in respiratory medicine in quality care. Methods 238 cases of respiratory medicine during the patients were selected from August 2012 - 2014 in March there were included in the study, according to the random number table Patients were divided into two groups, the study group and the control group 119 cases, the control group received routine care , measures of quality care group were implemented through the PDCA cycle mode, and we compared nursing satisfaction score. Results Nursing satisfaction results of the study group and the control group was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), the study group in nurse-patient relationship, care operations, nursing communication, health education, details of the service in al aspects of the score were higher than the control group, the difference was statistical y significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle in respiratory medicine care after application significantly increased patient satisfaction with care, can be used in clinical practice.
