摘要
目的探讨并评价糖尿病肾病实施个性化康复护理的效果。方法采取随机的方式将我院近年来所收治的60例糖尿病肾病患者分为病例各为30例的对照组与研究组,其中对照组予以常规护理,研究组基于常规护理实施个性化康复护理,对比分析两组患者康复护理效果。结果研究组患者胆固醇、血压和血糖等指标得到明显降低,其康复效果明显优于对照组,二者所存差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病患者的临床中,予以个性化康复护理,可使患者各项基本指标得到显著的改善,提高患者护理满意度以及康复率。
Objective To investigate the evaluation of diabetic nephropathy and individualized rehabilitation nursing effect. Methods Take random way the control group and the study group 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital in recent years were divided into case each of the 30 cases, the control group received routine nursing, study group based on routine nursing individualized rehabilitation nursing, comparative analysis of two groups of patients in rehabilitation nursing effect. Results The study group of patients with cholesterol,blood pressure and blood glucose were significantly reduced,the rehabilitation effect was better than the control group,the difference was two, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical diabetic nephropathy patients,be individualized rehabilitation nursing, can make the basic index of patients were improved markedly, improve nursing satisfaction of patients and recovery rate.
