摘要
目的探究分析在对骨科手术患者进行护理时采用术前探讨护理的护理效果。方法选取我院2012年9月-2013年9月收治的78例骨科择期运用随机数字法将其分为40例观察组和38例对照组。结果观察组患者的血压、心率变化〈15%的明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对骨科择期手术患者实施术前探讨护理，并提升患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore analysis in orthopaedic surgery patients for nursing care when use effect of the preoperative nursing care. Methods From September 2012 to September 2013 treated 78 cases of orthopedic elective by applying the method of random Numbers wil be divided into 40 cases of observation group and 38 cases of the control group. Results Observation group of patients with blood pressure,heart rate changes 〈 15% significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; The patient＆#39;s nursing satisfaction observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative study nursing in patients with orthopaedic undergoing elective surgery,and improve patients nursing satisfaction.
