尿液白细胞酯酶试验与镜检白细胞检验结果的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Urine Leukocyte Esterase Testand Microscopic Examination of White Blood Cell Test Results

目的分析比较尿液白细胞酯酶试验和镜检白细胞检验结果。方法选取在我院住院治疗的尿路感染患者62例,分别采用不同的检验方法进行检测,对尿液中的白细胞的阳性率进行对比。结果使用白细胞酯酶试验检验得出有56例为白细胞为阳性,有6例白细胞为阴性,试验的准确率为90.32%;使用镜检白细胞检验得出有58例为白细胞为阳性,有4例为白细胞为阴性,检验的准确率为93.55%,两种检验方法的检验结果之间没有显著性差异,P>0.05。两种检验方法的诊断一致率为93.55%,不一致率为6.45%。结论两种检验方法均具有较好的检测结果,采取两种方法相结合的方式进行检测能够更好的保障检测结果的可靠性。

Objective Comparative analysis of urine leukocyte esterase testand microscopy leukocyte test results. The consistent rate of diagnosis of two kinds of testing method is 93.55%, no consistent rate is 6.45%. Conclusion The two test method has good detection results, reliability testing result are better able to take two ways of combining mode.
