非典型川崎病应用超声心动图对早期诊断的临床价值

Atypical Kawasaki Disease Echocardiography was Applied to the Clinical Value of Early Diagnosis

目的：探讨经超声心动图进行非典型川崎病早期诊断的价值，以为其临床应用和研究提供有效的理论依据。方法本次研究中纳入的研究对象均为非典型川崎病患者，共66例，均为2013年1月-2014年6月期间在本院接受检查和治疗的患者。所有患者入院后均进行严格的症状分析和超声心动图检查。结果非典型川崎病在婴幼儿群体中的发病率明显高于学龄前儿童。患者发病期间的WBC、CRP和ESR水平均明显上升，血小板水平正常。研究中发生心肌损害的患儿占所有病例的63.6%。结论非典型川崎病对冠状动脉具有一定的损伤，采用超声心动图进行检查和诊断颇具准确性和安全性，值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the echocardiographic value in early diagnosis of atypical kawasaki disease, think that provide effective theoretical basis for its clinical application and research. Methods In the research object of this study are atypical kawasaki disease, a total of 66 cases, are al from January 2013 to June 2013 in our hospital during the period of examination and treatment of the patients. The symptoms of al patients admitted to hospital after strict analysis and echocardiography. Results Incidence of atypical kawasaki disease in infants and young children group obviously higher than that of preschool children. Patients during the onset of the WBC, ESR and CRP levels were significantly increased, platelet levels were normal. Children in the study of the myocardial damage accounted for 63.6% of al cases. Conclusion Atypical kawasaki disease on coronary artery has certain damage, check and diagnosis by echocardiography is accuracy and safety, is worth popularization and application widely.
