儿童肺炎支原体感染78例的肺外表现临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Extrapulmonary Manifestations in 78 Cases of Child Pneumonia Mycoplasma Infection

目的分析儿童支原体(MP)肺炎常出现的肺外临床表现。方法对78例确诊为支原体肺炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 78例中26例肺外脏器受损占33.3%。其中以神经系统、消化道、血液系统、心血管、皮肤受损多见,分别为23.1%、34.6%、7.69%、11.5%、19.2%。经大环内酯类抗生素治疗有效。预后好、无后遗症。结论 MP感染所致肺外并发症,应引起高度重视,避免误诊。

Objective To analyze the child mycoplasma pneumonia （MP） often appear extrapulmonary manifestations. Methods 78 cases of the clinical data of diagnosis of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 78 cases of extrapulmonary organs damaged 26 cases （33.3%）. With the nervous system,the digestive tract, blood system,cardiovascular, skin damage,respectively 23.1%,34.6%,7.69%,11.5%,19.2%. The large ring lactone class antibiotic treatment is effective. Good prognosis and no sequelae. Conclusion MP extrapulmonary complications caused by infection,should pay great attention to and avoid misdiagnosis.
