旅游业绿色发展内涵分析

Analyses the Definition of Green Development about Tourism Industry

21世纪是绿色发展时代，旅游业发展的绿色转向既是时代要求，也是自身呼唤。本文从绿色发展、旅游本质、旅游民生、旅游幸福和旅游权利等多重视角剖析了旅游业绿色发展的内涵。并基于此内涵，探讨了旅游业绿色发展的目标任务和实施策略。研究结论表明，旅游业绿色发展是以旅游利益相关者幸福感提升为根本目标和核心要求，以人类旅游活动与自然生态、经济社会等的全面科学发展为突出特征，以建设美丽产业、民生产业、幸福产业、和谐产业为发展导向的一种全新发展理念、发展方式与发展战略。旅游业绿色发展包括六个具体目标任务，应采取灵活多样实施策略。

The 21st century is an age of green development; the green development of tourism is the requirements of times backgrounds moreover the tourism industry itself. This paper probes into the definition of tourism green development from different angles, such as the green development, the essence of tourism, tourism livelihood, tourism happiness and tourism right. And based on this definition, the aims and practicing tactics are discussed. The results show that： the tourism green development is a new theory, model and strategy of development which takes improving well-being of tourism benefit concerns as fundamental goal and core requirement, which takes developing an industry of beauty, people＇s livelihood, happiness and harmony as the guidance of development, and which features by all-round scientific development of people＇s tourism, natural ecology, and social economy and so on. To practice tourism green development means to execute six concrete aims and take various actions.
