基于会展旅游基础要素评价指标的S／s分析——以上海市青浦区为例

R/S Analysis based on Evaluation Index of MICE Tourism Basic Factor-- Take Qingpu District of Shanghai City as an Example

本文在前人关于会展旅游竞争力评价指标的研究成果的基础上总结了会展旅游基础要素评价指标，结合青浦区统计年鉴统计指标的实际情况，确定了经济竞争环境指标、社会环境指标、旅游产业环境指标三项大类指标作为青浦区会展旅游基础要素评价指标。在用R／s分析法进行分析的过程中，本文认为目前青浦区宏观经济态势良好，生态环境日益改善，商务市场潜力巨大，但是住宿业存在亏损趋势扩大，从业人员待遇增长缓慢的问题。针对各类问题，文章提出了构建休闲服务集聚区，开发生态旅游产品，改善住宿业行业环境，打造商务旅游品牌的意见建议。本文在文章结尾总结了研究不足并就会展旅游基础要素评价指标的研究做出展望。

This paper based on previous research resuk about evaluation index of MICE tourism competitiveness and conclude the evaluation index of MICE tourism basic factor, takes the practical condition of statistical index in Qingpu district statistical yearbook into consideration, determines the evaluation index of MICE tourism basic factor in Qingpu district： evaluation index of economic environment, evaluation index of social environment, evaluation index of tourism industry environment. In the process of R/S analysis, this paper thinks the macro economic situation in Qingpu district is good, the ecological environment is improving, and business market potential is tremendous. However, the lodging industry shows the loss of trend to expand, and the payment of employee is in slow growth. For all kinds of problems, this paper proposes Qingpu district should construct leisure service agglomeration zone, develop ecological tourism products, improve the lodging industry environment and create business travel brand. At the end of the article, this paper summarizes the research weakness and predicts the prospect of research of evaluation index of MICE tourism basic factor.
