一种新型建筑设备监控系统的研究与开发

提出了一种新型建筑设备监控系统,对其控制系统组成、控制装置原理及监控功能作了详细的介绍,并进行了恒压供水控制试验和空调控制试验。试验结果验证了建筑设备监控系统控制的可实施性和可靠性,显示了系统在设计、施工及节能等方面的优势。

（2.China Northwest Architecture Design and Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,Xi’an 710018,China） This paper proposed a new building automation system（BAS）,which the composition,principle,and function were introduced.The experiments of constant pressure water supply system and air-conditioning control system were carried out.The engineering tests were given to demonstrate the implementation and reliability of BAS,which show the advantages of BAS in the design,construction and energy saving,etc.
