摘要
小点间距显示屏灯板电子设计面临微小化的挑战,灯点间距的微缩导致电路板布线空间不足,必须采取多行扫设计。然而,多行扫设计的寄生效应导致小点间距产品的显示效果无法完美表现画面细节。本文的驱动方案针对低亮度,高灰度画面进行优化,克服小点间距屏测试中常出现的第一行扫偏暗、色偏、区块不均、渐层暗线等问题,更进一步解决LED坏点造成的十字架问题。
Fine pitch LED displays dominate LED China 2014. There are also challenges in electrical design, the minimization. Due to the pixel pitch shrinking, the PCB board is no longer enough for static design but time-multiplexing design. However, the side effect of time-multiplexing design make the pattern details not to be displayed perfectly. Macroblock presents the fine pitch solution, which optimized the display quality of low -brightness – rich - color images, properly eliminated the defects such as dim-line of first scan, color shift, non-uniformity and gradient dim-line, furthermore, solved the cross problem induced by failure LEDs.
