摘要 采用流固耦合计算方法对客车聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)夹层风窗玻璃进行了数值模拟计算,获得了客车在高速行驶中风窗玻璃的风致振动特性,及厚度变化对风窗玻璃变形和应力的影响规律.研究结果表明,厚度减小,风压变形明显增大,但应力变化不规律.研究结果可以为高速客车及列车风窗玻璃优化设计提供相关理论基础. The calculation method of fluid-structure interaction is used for finite element analysis of the high-speed buses' polyvinyl butyral(PVB) windshield, and the laws of the wind-induced vibration characteristics of glass are obtained, also the relationships among the windshield thickness, deformation and stress are obtained. Research results show that the deformation increases significantly while the thickness decreases, but the stress changes irregularly. The results of this study can provide a theoretical scientific basis for the optimal design of the windshield of high-speed buses and trains.
