摘要
为了建立混凝土中不同成分钢筋在Cl^-作用下腐蚀的室内加速试验方法,模拟了5种钢筋所处的自然环境条件,对其进行了周期浸润腐蚀,研究了混凝土中孔隙液氯离子含量及pH值的变化对钢筋锈蚀的影响及规律。结果表明:不同合金含量的钢筋耐蚀性差异较大;本法能够很好地区分不同成分钢筋的耐蚀性。
An indoor accelerated corrosion test method was established to evaluate the corrosion behavior of the reinforcing steel bars of concrete under environment containing Cl^-.Thus periodic immersion tests of the reinforcing steel bars with different compositions were conducted,and the effects of the pH value and Cl^- concentration of the concrete pore solutions on the corrosion behavior of the reinforcing steel bars under simulated natural conditions were investigated.It was found that the reinforcing steel bars with different compositions exhibited much different corrosion resistance,and the as- established test method could be well adopted to differentiate the corrosion behavior of the reinforcing steel bars of concrete with different compositions.
