摘要
针对高速公路特种设备安全管理中存在的管理盲区问题,从事故因素着手,用根据实践总结出的4M1E法进行了系统分析,重点讨论了人与设备的安全关系,并探讨了专业化的巡检管理制度。实践证明,巡检制度可以降低特种设备的安全隐患,提高安全指标,能有效解决这种设备管理中的难题。
Since there＇s blind spot in the safety management of special construction equipment for expressway, the 4M1E method, which originates from practice, was introduced for systematic analysis. The connection between working staff and equipment was stressed, and the specialized inspection management system was discussed. Practice shows that the inspection system can reduce the security risk of special equipment, improve the safety indicators and effectively solve the problem of special equipment management.
