摘要 根据磁流变抛光工艺特点,以西门子840D数控系统为基础平台,构建了一套双磨头磁流变抛光机床测控系统。介绍了测控系统的组成、功能和软件架构。基于OEM软件包用VB开发了图形化的人机界面,实现了双磨头组合模式控制、磨头状态监测和磨头系统管理;开发了通用化的工件位姿测量、缎带厚度标定、抛光斑采集等磁流变抛光专用过程自动控制工艺,并实现了磁流变专用测控系统与西门子840D数控系统的无缝集成。应用结果表明:该测控系统能有效提高磁流变机床的灵活性、易用性和可靠性。 According to the MRF process characteristics,a set of control system of the MRF machine with double grinding heads was constructed,which was based on 840D NC system. The main component,functions and software architecture of the control system were introduced. The graphic human-machine interface was developed using OEM development software and VB,and the double grind-ing heads combined model control,the grinding head condition monitoring and the grinding head management were realized. The uni-versal automatic control technologies of the MRF special process were developed,such as the workpiece pose measurement,the calibra-tion of ribbon and the polishing spot acquisition. What's more,the MRF control software and the SINUMERIC 840D NC system were integrated seamlessly. The results show that the control system improves the flexibility,the usability and the reliability of the MRF ma-chine.
