摘要
偏心管由于外形尺寸不规则,管内深孔加工要求高,零件的加工装夹都比较困难,加工精度不易保证,容易出现扎刀、振纹。通过实验对比,采用深孔镗床、专用镗刀等工装以及改进加工工艺、合理选择切削参数,使产品的加工质量得到了有效的保证。
Due to the irregular shape and dimensions of eccentric pipes,the deep hole processing inside the pipe is highly de-manded. The clamping and processing of the part are very difficult. The processing precision is hard to guaranteed. It is easy to appear beaking edge and vibration waviness. Through experiment and comparison,products processing quality was effectively guaranteed by u-sing tools such as deep-hole boring machine,special boring cutters and by improving processing technique and choosing reasonable cut-ting parameters.
