基于PLC层绕机张力与排丝系统的设计与分析

摘要 排丝系统是焊丝生产的关键系统之一,其控制的好坏直接影响到焊丝的质量。目前的排丝机多采用零角度排丝,可靠性低。现从方便性及实用性的角度出发设计一套自动排丝系统,整个系统以西门子系列S7-200可编程序控制器作为控制核心。设计了硬件控制系统,并搭建整个系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明:设计的自动排丝系统能实现高精度自动排丝。 Wire system is one of the key systems of welding wire production,its control performance directly affects the quality of welding wire. Current row winders row silk with zero angle,reliability is low. From point of view of convenient and practical,a set of automatic wire arranging system was designed. In the whole system,Siemens S7-200 series programmable controller was as the control core. The hardware was designed,and the simulation model of the whole system was built. The simulation results show that the de-signed automatic wire discharging system can be used to realize high precision automatic wire array.
