摘要心房颤动是临床实践中最常见的持续性心律失常,是脑卒中和系统性栓塞的主要原因,是心血管疾病致死致残的重要原因。研究心房颤动患者血栓形成机制是目前临床心血管病研究领域极为重要和迫切需要解决的问题,目前对心房颤动患者左心房血栓形成机制的研究已从血流动力学方面转向分子生物学方面;现研究认为心房重塑、内皮损伤、血小板激活和凝血活性增加等因素可能共同参与左心房血栓的形成。 Atrial fibrillation is the most commonly sustained arrhythmia and is a major cause of stroke and systemic embolism. It is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Understanding the mechanism of the formation of thrombosis in patients with atrial fibrilla- tion is important. Recent studies suggest that atrial remodeling, endothelial injury, platelct activation and increased coagulation activity may all contribute to thromhus formation.
