摘要 以某种型号的电液比例压力阀为研究对象,推导并建立了压力阀的数学模型,并在此基础上以AMESim工程软件为平台建立了电液比例压力阀的仿真模型。分析了阀座孔直径对比例压力阀的稳态和动态特性的影响,为设计负载敏感泵控系统时如何选用电液比例压力阀提供了重要参考。 In a certain type of electro-hydraulic proportional pressure valve as the research object, derive and establish the mathematical model of the valve, and on the basis to AMESim engineering software as a platform to build the simulation model of electro-hydraulic proportional pressure valve. The valve seat hole diameter is analyzed the influence of the steady state and dynamic characteristics of proportional pressure valve, which provides an important reference on the design load sensitive pump control system how to select the electro- hydraulic proportional pressure valve.
