摘要
分析了引起宝钢3#连铸机引锭杆的滚轮磨损原因,提出去除引锭车尾部导槽,通过增设一只链轮改善滚轮受力,减少滚轮磨损;并对出现的引锭杆回收时的起拱现象进行分析,采用延长压板的方法有效解决钩头起拱。改进后引锭车运行顺利,效果良好。
This paper analyzed the reason of wheel wear for the dummy bar of 3# continuous casting machine in Bao steel. By adding a sprocket instead of the dummy car tail guide groove to improve the stress of the roller and wheel wear. Moreover, the arching phenomenon of dummy bar when it is recovered has been analyzed, and by using the method of extension plate effectively solved the hook head arch. The improved dummy car running smoothly and the effect is good. The improvement has obtained good effect.
