摘要
通过分析单模光纤耦合传感器耦合输出与振动频率和传感器耦合区长度的函数关系,设计和分析了熔锥耦合型单模光纤声发射传感器,搭建了对应的振动测量和解调系统,试验表明该传感器对高频振荡信号15~200 kHz具有良好的频率响应.该单模光纤声发射传感器具有结构简单、成本低以及不受温度漂移影响的优点.可广泛应用于复合材料、结构健康监测或电力无损检测等领域.
Considering that the single-mode fiber-coupled sensor's coupled output was sensitive to coupling region length and vibration frequencies and there was a determined function between them, an experiment system of the corresponding vibration moni- toring and demodulation was set up and the response of the sensor to the high-frequency periodic signal whose frequency was be- tween 15 to 200 kHz was tested well. The fiber-coupled sensor described has some advantages such as simple structure, low cost, and without the change when the temperature drifted. It has good application prospects in composite materials and structures, elec- trical non-destructive tests and so on.
