摘要
介绍一种以STM32微控制器和CTM1050收发器为核心组成的CAN总线大量程超声波测距系统及其硬件和软件的设计方法.采用变压器耦合功率放大电路作为超声波发射电路,实现超声波发射器的最佳能量传输,进而提高超声波测距长度;在超声波接收电路后面引入对数放大电路和峰值检波电路,从硬件上解决了发射超声波信号到接收超声波回波的时间测量问题.试验结果表明:该测量系统测量数据准确,精度高,数据传递效率高,可进行50~2 000 cm长距离超声波测量.
An approach of hardware and software for large sensing range ultrasonic distance measurement system based on CAN bus with STM32 and CTM1050 was introduced. Transformer-coupled power amplifier circuit was provided as the ultrasonic transmitter circuit for having better efficiency of energy converting, so that it was able to further the measure length. In order to cal- culate the time from ultrasonic emission to the reception of ultrasonic echo on the hardware, logarithmic amplifier circuit and peak value detector circuit were introduced on the basis of ultrasonic receiver circuit. The experiment result shows that the ultrasonic dis- tance measurement system which is capable of ultrasonic measurement whose distance ranges from 60 to 2 000 centimeters has high accuracy in the distance data measure and the efficiency of data transmission is high.
