摘要 为了预测土壤风蚀变化规律,建立区域无线网络监测系统,在Lab VIEW的基础上,以STC12C2052AD单片机和UTC4432B无线数据传输模块为核心处理器,设计了一套多通道土壤风蚀数据自动采集处理系统,实现了在1s内对10路土壤风蚀数据(空气温度、湿度、大气压力、风速和风蚀量等)的循环采集、无线传输和实时处理。系统利用单片机驱动被测点上的传感器组,并对采集到的数据进行处理和打包,利用一对无线数据传输模块完成数据包的接收与发送。通过Lab VIEW2010编写的上位机软件对数据包进行读取、处理、存储等。该系统硬件结构简单、工作稳定、软件操作方便、有效传输距离达1 500 m,可以有效、稳定地对区域土壤风蚀数据进行实时监测。 In order to predict the variation of soil erosion and establish the regional wireless network monitoring system, a multi-channel soil erosion data automatic acquisition and processing system is designed based on LabVIEW2010, using the micro- controller STC12C2052AD and the UTC4432B wireless data transmission module as the core processors. The soil erosion data of the 10 channels, including air temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure ,wind speed and wind erosion, can be the cycle acquisition, wireless transmission and real-time processing within 1 s by the System. A microcontroller is used to drive the sensor group of a measured point to process and packet the collected data. A pair of wireless data transmission module achieves the work of transmis- sion and reception of data packets. The software has been programmed by LabVIEW2010 and installed on PC for reading, processing, and storage of data packets. The system has the advantages of simple hardware structure, stable, easily operate. Its effec- tive transmission distance is up to 1500m,So it can effectively and stably complete real-time monitoring task of the small area soil erosion data.
